AR Glassfiber Yarn

HUIERJIE AR GLASSFIBRE YARN is made from Alkali resistant glass ball, with a process of fibre drawing and twisting. In the process of fibre drawing, the surface of fibre coated with spinnning type sizing and resin, which ensures yarn combine with other material in next working procedure.
It is mainly used for weaving kinds of specification Mesh or Scrim.

Packaging-Labeling
Each Spindle yarn is packed by polythene bag.
50 spindle yarn (¦µ205X450mm)are loaded vertically on a wooden pallet of dimensions 1050X1050X1100mm(Totally 2 leves; 25 spindle yarn per level).
Each complete pallet is fasten by double iron strap to keep safety in transit. There is a bearing plate over pallets; Two levels stacking is workable. The approximate net weight of one pallet is 500kg and 545kg for gross weight. It is possible to pack 20 pallets in a 20 container.
Each pallet will have two labels on two perpendicular sides, indicating the product reference, specification and total net weight.

Storage
HUIERJIE AR GLASSFIBRE YARN should be stored dry in their original packaging, the best conditions being at a temperature of between 15-35 and at a relative humidity of between35%- 65%. If the product is stored at low temperature (below 15) it is advisable to condition in the workshop for 24 hours before use to prevent condensation.
